smalltruths has developed a powerful program to help individuals generate personal influence and become much more than just the sum total of their subject matter expertise.

The Trusted Advisor program commences with a two-day workshop where participants learn about the neuroscience of trust and are introduced to a suite of tools that help them serve as an effective Trusted Advisor.  During the second day, participants apply their skills to real-world challenges which exist within their organisation.

The workshop is followed by two small-group coaching sessions which help the participants explore how they can use their strengths to be the best Trusted Advisor they can be.
